We are excited to learn more about you. To be considered, please complete the steps below:

  1. Complete the employee application.
  2. Please complete and sign the background check consent form.
  3. If you are applying as a CFSS worker, you are required to complete the DHS online training course and complete the test. Choose the PCA/CFSS support workers test.  Once you pass the test, email a copy of the certification to info@nextcaremn.com .  If you previously have this certification, you do not have to retake it. Please email it to info@nextcaremn.com.
  4. Also, if you are CFSS worker, review the CFSS job description and sign if you meet the qualifications.
  5. Upload to the form below with the required documents: employee application, background consent form, certification if applicable and the job description. If you prefer, you may email your completed application and documents to info@nextcaremn.com . Be sure to attach with your submission your most recent resume as well.
